We’re passionate about revolutionising the way marketers make email campaigns, and we want you to help us. Taxi for Email is a workflow platform that helps marketers build on-brand email campaigns from intelligent templates using our world-class email editor, and then export to their sending platform of choice.

About this role

You will be responsible for supporting the sales process by understanding customer needs and recommending the best solutions. You will identify customer challenges and objectives and demonstrate the solution through demos and documentation. 

Our Solutions Consultant is at the forefront of discussions between Taxi and our potential customers. While converting leads to paying customers is the goal, this is not a typical sales role, we listen to our customers and only provide them with the solution that's right for them. 

We believe this results in happier, longer lasting relationships.

Your work week would include:

  • Listen to potential customers current challenges
  • Identify customer needs and explain how Taxi can help
  • Deliver value based product demos
  • Drive and control customer conversations, clear next steps etc
  • Document solution and costs clearly for the customer to understand
  • Communicate product knowledge and industry expertise to customers
  • Build customer relationships
  • Use Hubspot to organise and track customers
  • Provide relevant info to the Customer Success team for successful onboarding of new customers
  • Working with the wider team to ensure the customer receives all the relevant info when recommending the right solution for them


The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in email marketing, be a keen problem solver and have a willingness and ability to learn new skills. You’ll be organised and self-motivated. You will use your knowledge of Taxi and email in general to help your customers to get the best solution. You only want what's best for your customers.  You are a people person, you love talking to people, meeting new people, love being on the phone and taking customers for coffees to build an awesome relationship.

Your essential skills

  • 2-3 years (minimum) experience in customer facing, solution based role
  • Excellent, clear and concise communication 
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
  • Excellent organisational skills - we have lots of people who want to learn more about how Taxi can help them
  • Understanding of customers needs
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 
  • Attention to detail

Plus if you have experience in these, that’s a bonus

  • Attending events
  • Use of a CRM system
  • Experience working in a marketing technology company
  • Email industry experience
