Our Email Account Manager will help our customers move to a smarter way of creating their complex & unique email campaigns with a modular master template/build system at the core.
Our customers have ambitious email teams and demanding marketing targets. They use Taxi for Email to produce some of the best email campaigns in the industry, and in record time too. As our Email Account Manager, you will provide the technical foundation needed to help some of the biggest brands in the world to create great email.
You’ll sit within the Technical Success Team. This is a reactive team that provides technical email support to both customers and internal Taxi teams. Working with the Technical Success, Customer Support and Design teams, you’ll be an integral part of the team.
Project managing the entirety of the email master template build process ensuring it runs smoothly, this in-turn helping our customers to make the best emails that they can within Taxi. You will also advise customers that wish to build their own master template, on the best ways to do so for use in Taxi.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for email marketing, excellent attention to detail and have a willingness and ability to learn new skills. You’ll also be organised and self-motivated. The role will require you to be customer facing and collaborate with the wider Taxi team to deliver effective, high quality and creative solutions which always exceed the customer's expectations.
