We work hard every month to make updates to Taxi, to help enable you and your team to create your best work.

Here are our updates for this month:

Pre-populate emails with modules and content using Layouts (early access)

You can use our new Layouts update to pre-populate an email with modules and content that is already in your Email Design System. This will save you a huge amount of time if you don't want to start from scratch when creating a new mailing. It's especially useful if you create emails that have the same modules regularly, such as newsletters.

Choose which modules can be used in Brands

If you are a marketing manager, or are responsible for your email team and creation, you can now choose which modules you'd like to be available for your Brand from the main Email Design System. This means you get more control over what is available to each Brand, and it's easier to prevent mistakes.

S Search helpers can request data for custom feeds

Any information or data that requires authentication when requested for custom feeds can now be searched for using search helpers. Just set up the custom header in the Search Helper tab and you're good to go! This will make sure you get a fuller picture of what your feed can pull more easily.

Email Design System page improvements

We made a few UI tweaks to the Email Design System (EDS) page which means:

• Deleted default version content notifications: If you upload a new version of your EDS, with updated/deleted modules, and any deleted fields were default version content, you will be notified by Taxi. Learn more here.
• Additional/removed module summaries: Taxi now provides a summary of module-specific changes you have made to the Email Design system you are uploading, before confirming the update. Such changes include:
  • Modules
  • Editables
  • Fields

Export all mailings in a project all at once with Sendgrid

If you are use Sendgrid, you can now export all mailings within a project in just one click! This saves you time and effort as opposed to sending one by one, and you can be in control of what you send too. Taxi offers you the opportunity to de-select any particular mailings you don't want to send in this bulk-export, as well as giving you the chance to review before you export.

Export all versions in one go with the Responsys connector

You can now export all versions of a mailing at once to the Responsys connector by selecting the 'Create a campaign for each version' segmentation. This will save you time and effort by not having to manually export each version one by one.
