What does the Technical Success Team Manager do at Taxi?

I oversee the Technical Success Team, which is made up of two departments (Technical Success and Email Template Management). Between us we help our customers get the best out of their template in Taxi, give support on Taxi Syntax and also help set up technical features such as our Link Tracking Manager and Feeds. In short - we are bunch of #emailgeeks 🤓

What is the best thing about working at Taxi?

Knowing the work we do genuinely helps out customers make better email! Coming from an email background, I know all too well the frustrations that can come from working in the email industry. So working here makes me feel like the Beyoncé of the email world!
