What does an Email Account Manager do at Taxi?

My role is to manage the email design system (in other words, the master template) projects. It's a challenging role that requires me to provide our customers with tailored solutions and industry expertise - essentially I help customers with building their master templates and getting the most out of Taxi!

What have you learnt whilst at Taxi?

Listening. Like really listening and paying attention to what people are actually saying. Really pays off!

What is the best thing about working at Taxi?

Everyone is passionate and caring about what they're doing. Each project I work in is individual and different which makes my days fun. Also the email industry is constantly evolving, I'm learning every day!

You've got a day off! What will you do with it?

In the summer, I'll be out with my longboard or sipping cocktails at a London rooftop bar. If it's cold or rainy, I'll be wandering around art galleries.
