What does a Technical Success Lead do at Taxi?

I help our customers understand Taxi's more technical features such as the link tracking manager and feeds. I give advice about how to use Taxi Syntax to get their templates working the way they want, and how to understand their workflows and how Taxi can fit into it.

What have you learnt whilst at Taxi?

So much! Having never worked in email before I now know so much more now about the problems that email teams face and how they overcome them. I've also moved over from our customer success team so I've learnt about different types of code, such as HTML, liquid and of course Taxi Syntax.

What is the best thing about working at Taxi?

Taxi is such a powerful tool that can really help email teams improve how they work. It's really exciting to be part of this and helping people to understand all of our amazing features. Plus, there is a beer fridge.
