What does a Customer Success Manager do at Taxi?

I lead the customer success, support and education teams, helping out with everything to do with our customers.

What have you learnt whilst at Taxi?

Email is tough. I didn't realise how much effort goes into producing email at the scale of some of our biggest customers. Working across time zones, and countries, add so many challenges I just didn't envisage.

What is the best thing about working at Taxi?

The team - we all pull in the same direction and get stuff done. It's awesome working with such a varied and passionate team.

Macaroni cheese is life.
