What does a Customer Success Manager do at Taxi?

I maintain relationships with the customers, in charge of renewals, up-sells and ensuring customers have everything they need in their account of continue to make great emails.

What have you learnt whilst at Taxi?

A lot about the email industry and how big it is! I've also learnt about different features used to create emails, as well as Taxi's platform and how easy it has made making emails for marketers with no HTML knowledge.

What is the best thing about working at Taxi?
