Out of 8.8 million people in London, we are blessed with a handful of people who voluntarily take a trip to Clerkenwell and dedicate their whole day to improving the Taxi brand, deliver exceptional service to our customers and help people make better email.
We would like to introduce you to one of those people, our very own, Paris Fisher.
Being a bit of an email geek, I’ve always kept up to date with people doing great things with email. Taxi & Action Rocket were always on my radar. So it only felt right that my next career move would be to join the team and get involved!
In a nutshell I’m kind of mix bag here at Taxi. Originally coming from the client side of things, I have worked within fast paced email teams and understand the challenges email marketers tackle on a daily basis. So my Role includes helping clients with their email process & what they want out of their email campaigns before Taxi. Then, once using Taxi, I continue to give support in areas such as: ESP queries, Taxi syntax, implementing Taxis’s features & writing technical blog posts.
How every email marketing team/department NEEDS Taxi! I had a ‘moment of truth’ moment early on and learnt very quickly how powerful a tool like Taxi is. It really can speed up any email teams process from beginning concept to end.
The people. Working alongside people that ‘Get’ email, but are also experts in their specialist areas is a dream.
Listen and write about music (I definitely make the most of my Spotify account). I also often go to gigs with friends.
