Activating your account

Your organisation owner will invite you to Taxi. In the invitation email, there are instructions on how to activate your account. If you have not received your invitation email, please check your spam/trash folders. If required, your organisation owner can resend the email from the user management page.

Logging into Taxi

Once you have been set up as a Taxi user and you have activated your account, you can log into Taxi using the following link:

How to reset your password

If you forget your password or need to change it, you can reset it by clicking on the ‘Forgotten’ button on the sign in page.

You will then be asked to enter your email address so that we can send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
