Sales Executive

Our Sales Team is at the forefront of discussions between Taxi and our leads, and converting them to paying customers is the key goal. Our Sales Executive will be responsible for supporting sales activities and targets set out by the Sales Manager.

Your essential skills and qualifications

You will actively have opinions and ideas on sales approaches, and will be able to demonstrate:

• Experience working in a B2B sales function
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
• Being a great ‘people person’
• Not afraid to pick the telephone
• Understanding of the email space
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend solutions
• Understanding of common sales requirements, strategies and challenges of a growing disruptive startup
• Ability to build a solid understanding of our products and how they help customers

Ability to demonstrate teamwork skills, and self-organisation, are essential in this role.

Plus if you have experience in these, that’s a bonus

• Running sales stands at events
• Use of a CRM system
• Experience working in a marketing technology company

Your work week

Day to day duties will include:

Execution

• Attending consultancy calls and demos with leads
• Coordinating and delivering client pitches
• Catching up with leads and providing relevant product info asap
• Negotiating contracts, supported by our legal team
• Using our CRM system to keep track of progress

Measurement

• Tracking sales and continually optimising
• Weekly reporting to Sales Manager

The Sales Executive will report to the Sales & Partnerships Manager.

Location

This role is based in our studio in Central London.
