Agile Delivery Manager

Taxi for Email is a workflow platform that helps marketers build on-brand email campaigns from intelligent email design systems using our world class email editor, and send with their platform of choice.

About this role

Taxi helps enterprise organisations revolutionise their email production process. We're looking for a Scrum Master to help our teams thrive and do their best work.

What you'll be doing

• Helping us continue to build a culture of collaborating to deliver value
• Running our scrum process and events in fun and engaging ways.
• Helping to develop our processes to ensure we can efficiently produce the best results for our clients
• Foster collaboration and transparency between teams
• Champion continuous improvement across the organization and help individuals and teams understand and embrace the importance of a healthy feedback culture.
• Bring new initiatives and ideas on how to motivate individuals to engage and participate in continuously improving our culture.
• Travelling to meet our clients as needed (overseas travel may be necessary). 
• Collaborating with our customers to understand their needs

You

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in agile and scrum methodologies, continuous improvement,  technology and testing.  You will show willingness and ability to learn new skills, excellent attention to detail, and be self motivated.

Ideally you'll have 3+ years experience working in an agile environment.

Your essential skills

• Attention to detail
• Excellent and clear communication AND listening skills
• Demonstrable ability to learn new skills
• Aptitude for problem solving

Plus if you have experience in these, that's a bonus

• Experience working as a scrum master for a development team
• Experience of continuous integration and automated testing

This role is based in our studio in Clerkenwell, London.
