Taxi for Email is a workflow platform that helps marketers build on-brand email campaigns from intelligent templates using our world class email editor, and then export to their sending platform of choice.

About this role

Taxi helps enterprise organisations revolutionise their email production process. Our Account Executives support our Account Managers in managing client needs and requirements, to help them get the most from our platform and to improve their email production process.

Your week as our Account Executive will look like this:

  • Assisting the Account Manager with overall client relationships and account management

  • Checking in with clients regularly, in person or via calls

  • Managing timelines and ensuring client deliverables are met on time

  • Assisting the Briefing of bespoke development requests to our development team

  • Working with our Taxi Concierge team (ActionRocket) to deliver templates that fulfill client needs

  • Working with our Operations Director to ensure estimates, invoices, and purchase orders are tracked

You

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in email marketing, willingness and ability to learn new skills, enjoy being organised and self motivated.

Ideally you'll have 1 year experience in working in an office environment.

Your essential skills

  • Excellent and clear communication

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment

  • Attention to detail

Plus if you have experience in these, that’s a bonus

  • Understanding of HTML

  • Use of an email sending platform (ESP)
